When Jenny and I first got married, we talked about what mark our family would like to leave on the world. We wanted to dream big. Jenny is an idealist--her favorite quote is from Archimedes: "Give me a place to stand and I will move the earth."

We knew we wanted to change the world; making it a better place. With that in mind, we have been careful about the jobs and projects we have selected, about what we give our time and money to.

I believe in communication and teamwork. I know that much more can be accomplished by a group of a people than by one man or woman alone. No one is an island.

An organization, whether it be a charity, church, political group, business, ministry, or even a family, is only as strong as its dedication to communicating within itself, and with the outside world.

Teaching the next generation is another important value for our family. We have worked to encourage, equip, and teach younger leaders to step into their gifts and vision.
